Jim Pugliese is the Founder and CEO of Centurian group. He has over 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive and M&A advisor. In addition to leading many regional and national companies that included start-ups, turnarounds, and industry consolidations, Jim raised over $400 million of institutional private equity capital and has completed M&A transactions across numerous industries.

Jim received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. He is securities licensed, and has been a member of the Fairchester/Greenwich Chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) since 1991, and served on its Board for many years.

Jamie Johnson

Vice President, M&A

Jamie brings 7 years of experience in SaaS sales, specializing in full-cycle sales to senior executives in the tech sector. As Vice President, M&A at Centurian Group, Jamie oversees all phases of the deal process for both sell-side and buy-side clients.

Prior to joining Centurian Group, Jamie held roles at monday.com, Justworks, and Slice Inc., where he was recognized for his ability to build long-term client relationships.

Jamie holds a B.S. in Management from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, with a focus on Finance and Management. Outside of work, he enjoys contributing to charitable causes, intramural sports, and following the Philadelphia Eagles.

Noreen Laher

Marketing Coordinator

Noreen brings a diverse background in marketing and administrative management to her role at Centurian Group. As Marketing Coordinator, Noreen drives the firm’s social media strategy and execution, ensuring cohesive branding and engagement across platforms, while also managing day-to-day administrative functions that support the team’s operational efficiency.

Outside of work, she loves swimming and believes that a good dip in nature keeps the mind fresh and the workday even more productive.
