Jim is the founder of Centurian Group, and brings over twenty years of benefits consulting, HR technology, life insurance and estate planning expertise to the company. He has been a business leader in both the life and health insurance industries. He holds Life & Health licenses in multiple states, as well as Series 6, 63 and 65 Securities Licenses. He has been a member of the Fairchester Chapter of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) since 1990, and served on its Board of Directors for many years. Jim graduated from the Wharton School of Finance & Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics, and from the University of Connecticut with an MBA.

Jim serves as a representative to CENTURIAN GROUP’s alliance partner, Professional Group Plan, Inc. He provides the experience and quality support that allows our customers to grow their businesses. His knowledge of relevant products and services allows him to create customized plan designs as cost effective solutions. Jim is a graduate of SUNY, Cortland and has an MBA in Finance from Adelphi University.
Maria serves the Centurian Group as a part of our clients' HR teams and manages payroll for their staff. She began her career as a CPA and has worked in a variety of industries—from banking and real estate to manufacturing. She finds herself at home in helping small businesses develop and flourish as well as handling consolidation, SEC reporting and business planning for major global companies. As a result, Maria brings deep experience to the Centurian team of partners.
Carrie enriches the Centurian team with experience as a change management consultant for companies during transitional times of growth or re-organization. She is an executive coach with 20+ years of business communication experience in a variety of industries. Her focus now is on defining and guiding organizational culture through leadership and staff development and improving processes and workflows for greater efficiency and staff retention.

As CEO of CENTURIAN GROUP’s affiliate, StratEX PARTNERS, LLC, he runs the employment lifecycle technology that manages HR issues like applicant tracking, payroll, time and performance management. Our aim is to provide high level performance, automation and ease of use for clients through the technology to manage the administrative burden of HR. Adam earned his degree from the University of Maryland and College Park.
With nearly 30 years as a human resources executive specializing in start-up growth environments, Sue has spent her career streamlining, adapting, and growing the HR landscape for small to mid-sized businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies. Throughout her career, she has made a name for herself as a problem solver, providing guidance to organizations that need to fix their basic structure and laying the foundation for growth. Sue likes to think three to five years ahead of the workforce itself, implementing a forward-thinking approach to HR and technology for your workplace.
